Why camp counselor?
Do you like to be challenged? Do you like to work with kids? Are you
interested in the American culture? Do you like to travel?
If the answer is "yes" to these questions – camp counselor might be you!
Working with kids!
As a camp counselor you will work for ten weeks with American kids and
teenagers in an American camp. You will be part of at team and work
closely with the rest of the staff and also get to know the kids you are
working with.

Working as a camp counselor gives you a unique opportunity to live and
work in USA. The job will show you sides of the American culture you
will not experience as a regular tourist.
A lot of different activities
Because the camps want to give the kids the best summer of their lives,
they offer a wide variety of activities within sports, outdoor life and
arts and crafts. It could be football, horseback riding, sailing,
hiking, theatre (acting), singing, playing computer or lots of other
things.
You can make a difference
You will be able to work as a camp counselor if you are specialized
within one skill or if you can do a little of each. The most important
thing is that you like to work with kids. There a lots of opportunities.
